Coconut Custard
Preparation Time: 30 min
Serves: 4-5
Ingredients:
1.
Eggs
: 3 nos.
2.
Egg
yolks :2 nos.
3.
Coconut
milk: 500 ml.
4.
Castor
sugar : 85 gms.
5.
Rose
water: A few drops.
6.
Roasted
coconut pieces to
decorate. : As required
Directions:
1. Stir together the eggs, egg yolks,
coconut milk, sugar and rosewater until the
sugar dissolves.
2. In a baking dish pour boiling water
and place the baking tins in the tray.
3. Pour the egg mixture into the tins
and bake in a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes.
4. Once done unmold from the tins and
serve warm or cold.
5. Decorate with roasted coconut slices.
