Coconut Fish


How To Make A Coconut Fish


Ingredients:
1.      Fish fillet pieces :     ½ kg
2.      Egg (beaten)   :  1
3.      Garlic (chopped)  :   4 cloves
4.      Coconut powder : 1 cup
5.      Red chilies (crushed) :  1 table spoon
6.      Cinnamon powder : ½  teaspoon
7.      Black pepper powder : ¼  teaspoon
8.      White pepper powder : ¼ teaspoon
9.      Refined flour  : 2 table spoon
10.  Corn flour  :  2 table spoon
11.  Salt  : to taste
12.  Oil  :  for frying
13.  Tomatoes and lettuce leaves:   for decoration
Directions:
  1.  1.      Marinate fish with garlic, black pepper, white pepper, red chilies’, egg, cinnamon  and salt.Keeaside for half an hour.
  2.      .      Add corn flour and flour ; coat fish with coconut powder.
  3.      .      Heat oil in frying pan;  fry fish till golden and remove on absorbent paper.
  4.       .     Decorate serving dish with tomatoes and lettuce leaves; place fish on the top and serve with ketchup.
